What task we were asked to handle:
The task was quite difficult: we had to create timesheets for first part and final part of salary calculation. There were many recalculations in past periods, so we had to constantly create corrective timesheets. Such work was very labor-intensive and prone to mistakes.
What we did:
We offered the customer to calculate salaries and advances on the basis of personnel documents, without manually maintaining timesheets in the program.
Cooperation results:
- Reduced labor costs for creating current and correcting timesheets.
- Mistakes were kept to a minimum.
