What task we were asked to handle:
The customer's employees were losing significant part of average daily earnings when they transferred to the company compared to the previous one. This affected the calculation of vacations and business trips. Unistaff Global Services employees had to find and fix the problem and find a solution that would prevent similar mistakes in the future.
What we did:
- Consulted with the methodology department.
- Established a fixed amount for each employee, below which the average earnings, as well as payment for vacation and business trips could not be set.
- Set up a separate accrual with a surcharge to the average rate – a compensation payment.
- Gave the customer advice on the reflection of this accrual in the local regulations.
Cooperation results:
- New employees are transferred to the company without any loss of revenue.
- The customer now has the opportunity to offer favorable terms to attract valuable specialists.
