What task we were asked to handle:
The customer wanted to automate the administrative part of the job, namely to set up vacation schedule notifications about each employee to appear on the supervisor's and HR manager's side, also containing attachments.
What we did:
Set up and automated notifications so that parties concerned knew in advance about employees’ vacations.
Cooperation results:
- The customer reduced the workload on the staff by automating the process.
- Increased control over employee vacation schedules.
- The number of vacation postponements was reduced because the customer could predict the workload and allocate responsibilities in advance.
