History of Unistaff Global Services: On the way toward Global Leadership

Unistaff Global Services was established in 2022. Our strategy is aimed at expanding our international presence in various markets, both by opening our own offices and through partners network.

We started with the development of the Kazakhstan office and in 2023 we successfully launched Unistaff Global Services offices in Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, and entered into partner agreements in Georgia, Mongolia and Belarus as well.

But our story is significantly deeper, since we started our business with the acquisition of the assets of Unistaff Payroll Company, as we saw the new prospect and potential for strategic growth.

Since 1994 Unistaff Payroll Company has been successfully conquering the market by demonstrating an innovative approach to outsourcing and the implementation of advanced technologies. Its main mission was to provide high-quality solutions to solve the clients' business problems, which is proved by its stable position in the Russian market. The company's shareholders made a strategic decision to focus efforts on the Russian market and sell international assets.
